1. Hypermedia provides autonomous learning. How is this better than the traditional classroom learning, which often fails to consider the case of slow and poor individual learners?
As what it is said, hypermedia provides autonomous or independent learning, it is better in a way that it allows student to be active learners, they are the one who make their own learning because of this, it is very meaningful to them especially if it is learning by doing as what direct purposeful experiences tell in the Cone of Experience. It is also better in a way that in traditional classroom learning, students are passive learners, absorbing all the knowledge give by the teacher, the teacher transfer all the knowledge regardless if it was absorb by the students, this is also the reason why there is a great possibility of neglecting the slow and poor learners.
2. How can the teacher help slow and poor learners using the traditional teaching method?
In helping the slow and poor learners in the traditional teaching, the teacher can use several method, fist is the teacher can give extra time for the student who has difficulty to learn the lesson by means of remedial class which is for me is an external responsibility of a teacher, second way is that the teacher can use different techniques or materials that slow learner's attention and thinking can easily be caught. He/she can use different media wherein students can be interested with.
3. Hypermedia provides an atmosphere of search, discovery. How can the teacher provide such an environment in the traditional classroom?
The teacher can provide an atmosphere of search, exploration and discovery in traditional classroom by using method like exploratory, discovery and inquiry method. The teacher can simply use posing a question or problem to the student in the beginning of his/her lesson, this way will enables student to discover solutions or answers to that problem, they will surely explore their knowledge while the teacher still provides students with information.

Assignment No. 5 about Information Technology in Support of Student-Centered Learning
1. What can you say to the objection that an SCL environment can be noisy and unwieldy?
It can be easily handled by the teacher and is not that noisy. it is in the burden or it depends on the efficiency and flexibility of the teacher in handling Student Centered Learning especially it focuses on collaborative or cooperative learning activities.
2. How can SCL be fun, memorable and healthy?
Student Centered Learning can be fun, memorable and healthy if it will be well organized by the teacher it is better that it will promote positive interdependence, it is also good if the activities that was need to be done by the student are interesting and also according to their preference and abilities. The group work that the teacher should prepares are those that will encourage student to socialize with one another, where they will learn lot and this learning will be permanently and meaningful to them.
3. Share/discuss experience on your e-mail activities?
I cannot forget the first time i used my e-mail account, that was in my high school year. My teacher gave us assignments to be done and to be sent in his email address, because I do not have that enough knowledge on using the site which is the yahoo mail, i did not send it, because of this my teacher punish me and because of his words I felt disgrace. This is the time that I promise to myself that it won't happen again so I make it to the point that I explore a lot on how to use it.now, I can say I have better knowledge on using it.
4. Share/discuss experiences on Internet Surfing?
The first site i have been used was the yahoo and the Google, I have fun browsing it so I explore a lot of the different sites my other friends know. i have concluded that there are those sites on the Internet that is good especially for students like me bu there are also those who are not healthy to our mind. Internet surfing has different purpose on why people used it, it is either to find something, to know and also for our entertainment. It is helpful if we know the different uses of the different sites.

Programs on PC:
Microsoft Office-it is a program on a computer that help us to easily composed, encode and make a document. Because of this we can easily make our documents within a short time, we can also edit it, save it and print it when ever we need it.
PowerPoint- It is used to create slideshows, composed of text, graphics, and other objects, which can be displayed on-screen and shown by the presenter or printed out on transparencies or slides. This is very useful because it is very easy to use. Because of this we can make our presentations very attractive with different animation.
Excel is a spreadsheet program that originally competed with the dominant Lotus 1-2-3,, and eventually outsold it. It is available for the Windows and OS X platforms. This is useful for us especially for teachers who made their grades, wherein we can easily compute it.
Internet Explorer- it is used to access internet. This is used for us to enter in the online environment. This is also useful for researching.
Yahoo or Google- Yahoo or Google-Websites; E-mail, chat room, blog sites, new service educational software etc.This is also like the Internet Explorer, but in this, we can easily
communicate with others.
Adobe Reader-adobe reader-Graph/photo composition and editing.This is used to edit photo, to crop it, we can also used it to make logos, to make graphs.
MSN- mail/chat messaging. This is a collection of internet sites and services that the Microsoft provide.
Window media player-CD, VCD, player/ editing film/ video.This is used for playing audio, video and viewing images on personal computers. It supports playback of audio, video and pictures, along with fast forward, reverse, file markers (if present) and variable playback speed. It supports full media management.
Cyber link power-DVD player. This is a digital entertainment and multimedia products software corporation. It has feature of upscaling of DVDs and standard definition video files to HD, including videos from YouTub, it can support for 3D photos and movies, including Blu-ray 3D.
game house-Video games. It is a program wherein it provides different games of different kind, there are mental games, adventure games etc.

Electronic commerce commonly known as e-commerce consists of the buying and selling of products or services over electronic systems such as the Internet and other computer networks.
The World Trade Organization defines e-commerce as, "e-commerce is the production, distribution, marketing, sales or delivery of goods and services by electronic means." Because of E-commerce, the business world became wide. There is two kinds of the E-commerce:
• Indirect e-commerce (electronic ordering of goods both intangible and tangible); and• Direct e-commerce (exchange of goods online or using electronic means)Indirect e-commerce involves ordering of goods. Delivery of such goods cannot be done online. Because of the E-commerce, we can easily buy and sell products. But in its opposite, lots of scamming occurs.
B. Finance
Because of computers in E- finance, business professionals use personal computers to create spreadsheets. They can easily calculate the account of their business, they can easily calculate their gains and losses. Because of also the computer on this, we can easily may send out brochures or coupons to customers announcing new products or sales using computer database.

Because of the computer in our daily lives, it has been the a source of our entertainment in our homes. Most of us, use the computer for us to have fun with its different application including it's different games.It has also media player where we can watch different videos. Because of this also, we can browse the internet wherein most of us spend our time, chatting with others, watching videos on Youtube.
D. Advertising
Because of the computer together with the Internet, we can easily advertise our product. We all know that most of us are part of what we called the netizen, we all wanted that we are not left on what is popular today. Propaganda is the technique of spreading information about an individual or group with the intention of doing damage to their reputation. Students are confronted with propaganda constantly through the Internet, television and radio. Propaganda appears in the form of information, ideas or rumors. Teaching students how to identify propaganda helps teach them how to make choices based on their own beliefs, this is one paragraph that I have read. this has been seen on the Rally about the Pork Barrel, because of the computer together with the Internet, lots of people know that there will have a rally to oppose against pork barrel. Because also of computer, we easily know the different news. It is the second source of news except from the television.

Because of computer, most of things can be copied easily. Common types of this are: patents, copyright, industrial design rights, trademarks, trade dress, and in some jurisdictions trade secrets.Because of the technological revolution which is brought also upon the invention of the computer, pirating today became an issue. Although there is a law for this, we cannot easily stop it.
B. pornography using internet
Because of the Internet, one of it's disadvantage is the pornography. Because of our generation with digital literacy, we are literate of using the internet. We can easily access it, we can easily see everything in just a click, that even those we should not see. Although there is the rule that computer shop must supervise the viewing of porn videos, it is really hard to stop because of the different sites that offers viewing of porn videos. It is up to the parents to supervise their children. It is better to have a law on how we should stop it.
C.pyramiding scam using internet
Pyramiding is a method of increasing margin by using unrealized returns from successful trades. Pyramiding works by surrendering a minimal amount of previously-owned shares in order to pay a part of the exercise price. The surrendered funds are used to purchase a larger amount of option shares.This issue was being faced by the AMAN Futures wherein most of its victims was persuade using the phrase "double-your-money". In the Internet world, wherein scamming is popular, because it is very easy to make a business that is not true, to have investors. It is up to us, we should make sure that the business we will invest with is authentic.
D. gaming or lottery
A lottery is a form of gambling which involves the drawing of lots for a prize.The internet become their tool of doing it. Because of there is no law for controlling lottery on the internet.

Assignment No. 3 about Alvin Toffler's Book, Future Shock
The
book of Alvin Toffler which is the Future Shock only focuses on: change and how
we adapt to it. It is about those who seem to thrive on change, it is our
capacity to adapt on the modernization of our society which in effect has it’s
positive and negative effects. It is increasingly painful for us to ride on
with the rapid changes of our society, we became a stranger of our own world.
Although
we cannot control nor stop it, it is therefor based on us on how we adapt to
it, how it will reaches our personal lives, how it will compel us to act on it.
As what Alvin said Future shock is a psychological disease that confront us
with it’s danger. This book also tackles the parallel of the future shock,
which is the culture shock. I like the description of Toffler for the culture
shock which is it happens “when a traveler suddenly finds himself in a place
where yes may mean no, where a fixed price is negotiable, where to be kept
waiting in an outer office is no cause for insult, where laughter may signify
anger. It only means that modernity brings a rapid change to the culture, which
is unannounced bringing a remarkable change. We as human beings became a
strangers of our own world.
Because
of this technological revolution, we became disoriented, leading to our
breakdown , we experience misreading of reality wherein we all know that most
of us have inability to cope with this rapid changes. It is therefore needed to
stand on our selves because it is our responsibility on how we will adapt it as
part of our lives, because we cannot stop or control it.
Assignment No. 2 about My Opinion about DIGITAL ETHICS
Digital Ethics is anything on how we access the online
community, this has something to do with all the gadgets we use. Digital ethics
include how we can communicate others, how we portray ourselves, how we treat
others and how protect ourselves. This four was the issues on the main topics
of digital ethics namely: PRIVACY ,CYBER BULLYING and PLAGIARISM.
1. Privacy , this has something to do on how we can protect ourselves in the online world. This has been a major topic because of the fact that in the online world especially through the social media, our account can be hacked leading it to others to get our personal information.
In this, privacy and ethics must go together. To build a relationship of trust, there must be an assurance that others will act ethically. Social medias should make a way on how they will protect their users, and on how they will stop crime related to the use of social media.
2. Cyberbullying. Bullying is widely a main topic in our world today, because of the fact that it is one of the reason of suicide.According to Wikipedia, Cyber bullying is the use of Information Technology to harm or harass other people in a deliberate, repeated, and hostile manner. According to U.S. Legal Definitions, Cyber-bullying could be limited to posting rumors or gossips about a person in the internet bringing about hatred in other’s minds; or it may go to the extent of personally identifying victims and publishing materials severely defaming and humiliating them. Humiliating others through the internet is one example of Cyber bullying, making gossips about one person. Everything that we say in the internet world that can deprive the personality of other person has something to do with cyber bullying, so we should be responsible of any actions we did as a user of any social media.
3.Plagiarism. Plagiarism according to Wikipedia is the "wrongful appropriation" and "purloining and publication" of another author's "language, thoughts, ideas, or expressions," and the representation of them as one's own original work. This has been shown in the case of Tito Sotto in his speech in his opposition to Reproductive Health Bill. Several internet users reported that Senator Sotto had taken the passages from a 2011 blog entry by Sarah Pope.
In Plagiarism, we should acknowledge other's work in all matter.

Assignment No. 1 About My Overview and Review
After our discussions about the two, I concluded that
Educational Technology is only the introduction of the different instructional
material that is better to use when teaching. It gives knowledge on how a
teacher must teach students using instructional material while Educational
Technology 2 involves a deeper understanding of the different instructional
material like computer, it's application. Like what Educ Tech 2 has been
overview “Integrating Technology into Teaching and Learning ”. Specifically
this is focused on introducing, reinforcing, supplementing and extending the
knowledge and skills to learners so that they can become exemplary users of
educational technology. Mainly directed to student teachers, also professional
teachers who may wish to update their knowledge of educational technology; it
is a goal that this course can help our target learners to weave technology in
teaching with software, becoming a natural extension of their learning tools.
I expect that this course will help me a lot on how I will be a good initiative teacher with knowledge of technology to improve learning among students, to make it permanent.
